Here in ‘America,’ not my experience… ‘Americans’ can not afford the cost of a reasonable standard of living on the wages illegal workers accept. If farmers paid a living wage, ‘American’s’ would be there. As is, they don’t.

In the short term, I see that as very correct.
It bothers me a little overall.

I met a lady years ago who ran a school in a Florida migrant worker area for children. She considered it a good day if the kids ate a lunch.
The exploitation implicit in our worker situation is a shame.

They are doing the hardest jobs with the least support and pay.
