I'm the "brain" for my coffee maker....I add water, coffee, and push the button......then wait.....pour.

A very interesting "Proof of Concept".

Who woulda thought that an open WiFi hotspot could be a risk. This exploit is probably not too serious since the money return would be tiny. Unless you manufacture a non IoT coffee maker.
