It's time now to go for term limits even for the Supreme Court. This has to be done without any grandfather clause.

@DenoPenno The idea of lifetime appointments was so that decisions would not be based on trying to keep their jobs. I do think that teh supreme court justices shoudl be subject to impeachment, either fo rl;ying in the confirmation hearings of for putting personal interest ahead of justice.

As an example, justice Thomas has never recused himself form cases involving companies which is lobbyist wife represents and he has always voted in favor of those companies for which is wife got huge bonuses for. He shoudl be impeached for that.

@snytiger6 It is a political position in which once appointed the Justices are above the law, and MAKE law at their whim. It has nothing to do with upholding the Constitutuon in practacle application.
