$70 per month, unlimited full speed fibre optic broadband, free calls for both my landline and my cell phone, no data download limits or extra charges. The only extra is for making an international call, but I use Skype and WhatsApp for those.

$39/mo Comcast budget standalone. Offered in Philly, not in every market, It's throttled down. Good deal. It doesn't let you access citywide hotspot. I share a password for that. What will the community broadband cost? Who voted against that? What was the vote in Massachusetts re R2R?
