A Nativity scene outside a former Indiana courthouse will remain up this winter even though it was declared unconstitutional earlier this year. But that victory for conservative Christians may not last for long.

IF it is a former courthouse this does not matter. If it is still an active courthouse it is against the law.

I believe it it is still government owned land.

Dude, it's in Jackson county, Indiana. Wake me up when they try to do the same shit in a place where people would at least give a crap.
