They don't play around like they do here. What I wouldn't do to be in the Cayman Islands. People coming from a hotbed of the pandemic to quarantine is warranted. Breaking that quarantine puts other people's lives in jeopardy. I feel bad that an 18 year old kid is in prison and I hope her sentenced gets reduced. That being said; she's pre med? She should know better and take the pandemic seriously.
