Not possible to heat/cool even slightly efficiently, nor run sewage properly, never mind electricity. Not for full-time living.. Nor do most of them have any parking to speak of. And windows? Fergedabowdit! Downtown New London has about 7 such buildings within a mile or 2....adherent #'s in the 2-dozen range each. Giant White Elephants,you cannot give them away!
