Alarms should have gone off four years ago. It's been readily apparent that 45's a Russian asset and logical to assume his goal was to plunder our Treasury while killing us. We're letting him.

well duh. They knew, or should have known, that there was an EXTREMELY vulnerable point in any system's network and would be subject to such attacks.
