Subway being sued - facing a claim that their tuna sandwiches aren't tuna. I read the article and I have one question - what is flake tuna soaked in brine? To me, that doesn't sound like tuna. Full disclosure, i don't eat seafood. But, i have eaten at Subway and now I'm wondering about the other meats.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Brine is a saltwater marinade. I don't like Subway because their meats have so little flavor. They may be substituting other fish for tuna. It would be nice to know for sure. Thanks for posting this.
