Meanwhile, lots of people are telling me "all of this stimulus money is going to have to be paid back." They don't get it. We stimulate th economy or it is 1929 again.

Eisenhower was right. There is no reason to have billionaires, especially multi-billionaires. The greed at the top has brought down many countries, empires, and kingdoms. We are not immune to this fate.
