Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Regardless of our types of government worldwide, I strongly believe that such shootings come from inner anger and "monkey see, monkey do" thinking. The shooter quickly said he was a registered firearm owner as if that made the shooting OK. We see some of that elsewhere too. It will be interesting to see Putin's final take on this matter. I feel sorrow for the victims and their families.
