I hope they've got good solid evidence. I certainly have no difficulty imagining he might have committed the crimes he's accused of, but pinning them on him if this was done under the aegis of a corporation might be tricky.

Lock tRump up so he can't run in 24.

Um, not only can he run if he's in jail, he can be elected.

@Druvius I don't think a felony can run for any office.

@xenoview The presidency is spelled out in the constitution. You have to be at least 35, a natural born citizen, lived in the US for a period, and be elected. That's it, and it can't be changed without amending the constitution. It's the law of the land, there's nothing in there about being incarcerated or a convicted felon disqualifying them.
