Just when you think you've heard all the stupid assholishness possible... restaurant owner having a mask tantrum meltdown.
"Diners are mostly free to speak their mind at a Northern California cafe, but doing so through the protective confines of a mask will cost a cover charge of $5."
Seems to me this might also be illegal as you can't charge people different prices depending on what they are wearing, that's discrimination.
