They should automatically make themselves ineligible under the supreme court rulings that extended protections to LGBTQIA persons.

The issue is that if religious institution receive public funds they should have to adhere to federal guidelines, and not claim religious freedom. The federal money comes with strings attached, and if they dont' want the strings they should not accept the money.

That is what happens when religious organisations gain power. The agency needs to be shut down, and the Kentucky legislature to step up to the task of creating a civil(ised) care agency.

Don’t give such agencies any money, or when agencies reject the strings they should be denied the money.
