He claims he'll be the 19th president. US Grant being the last duly elected president according to Qanon. Rutherford B Hayes was the first president to steal an election. Democrat Samuel Tilden agreed to let Hayes be seated if he allow the South to institute Jim Crow. Grant was actually the last true Republican president in the spirit of Abraham Lincoln.
