Apparently this early data from Israel suggests Americans are going to need third dose booster shot of the vaccine. Unvaccinated people are jeopardizing your life. UK's "first dose first" strategy and longer wait time between doses seems to provide better protection.

I waited a month in between my 2 shots. Done now, got a card showing my record of shots, (don't bitch about it coz it was that way when I was in school) and I bet you it is the drug makers saying you need a booster shot. Why? They need to make some money after all those free shots. Government paid for those but at a reduced rate.

Apparently the extended wait time between doses, which was done in UK out of necessity, provides stronger immunity for a longer period of time.
Truthfully, I've expected that a 3rd dose, or booster, would be required at some point.
Given the rapid spread of the delta variant among the unvaccinated, it seems to be necessary.
I'll definitely get it as soon as it's available to me.
I didn't wait around for my first two doses, and I won't wait around for another if it's determined I need it.
