He was apparently beating up black people to "relieve stress" and charging them with felonies specifically to take away their vote. Are there cops like this on you're police department? How would you know?

I sure hope every one of his past arrests gets re-examined! How many innocent people have sat in jail because of this turd?

The psych tests, if they are administered at all, are a joke, which jokes are probably delivered by a corrupt psychologist.
You think Georgia (or most places) use psych tests??!!
@AnneWimsey It was my understanding that all police agencies did them. I guess that was quite naive of me. 
Psych test, it's harder to get a cosmetology license than it is to be a cop.
