WASHINGTON, Sept 6 (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department on Monday said it would not tolerate attacks against people seeking or providing abortions in Texas, as the agency explores ways of challenging the state's recently enacted law that imposed a near-total ban on abortion.

The laws down there were already so draconian that there weren’t too any clinics left from what I understand. The Planned Parenthood clinics not providing abortion can stay open as long as they don’t ever mention the word. For now.
they already have 5 lawsuits I think and there is a way to defeat them
