I'm a Pastafarian at heart, but I'm not an official member. I am ordained by the Church of Spiritual Humanism, in order to perform marriages legally. They also are not issuing religious exemptions for vaccination, but was not so flowery in the announcement, with the added twist of an exemption from the unvaccinated, haha!

I briefly thought about excluding the unvaccinated from receiving my services as a wedding officiant, but to be honest, most of my clients are fully vaccinated and/or have tested negative recently. I am back to just maintaining my distance with all and stay outdoors, whether they are vaccinated or not. I do feel more safe around vaccinated people, but I have to remember that vaccine strength wanes in time and/or doesn't always protect from the newer variants.

To me, getting vaccinated, is an exercise in doing one's part for humanity. I'm a humanistic minister, so I think about trying to weave that in to my public stance, but for now I have no vaccine mandate for my clients. I tend to attract intelligent clients, who choose me because of their common sense and non-belief in mythinformation, anyway.

Once again the Pastafarian church leads the way!
