What did the US gain in the last 20 year war? What did it cost? How many died? What benefits were there for the people of Afghanistan? The U.S.? Did we learn anything, or was this just an exercise in futility? Thoughts?

If we are going to have wars we have to care for those who fought. Since we do not have a history of doing this we should not have any more wars.

We are all talk when we fawn over our veterans. Clean up this system if America really wants to honor them. They are PTSD plagued & homeless.

This is sadly a lowball figure. Thats only for one year.

One is one too many to be treated in this manner. Anyone participating in these wars has to be brought back to the way they were before they joined.
