Note to short staffed restaurants: Don't keep the ketchup and mustard on the counter! These days, we all know that if we want to dine out, there's going to be a wait unless you have reservations. Always have a back up plan like picnic offerings in the car.

Not a nice thing to do. Restaurants are understaffed. If you're impatient. Don't go.
