The only power that can correct a thug org is a bigger thug org. China is more-or-less okay with what's going on so I don't expect it to change. Eventually NK will become a Chinese weed and that will be a time of upheaval. At that stage does it matter which one wins?

Actually China has an increasing crystal meth problem, specifically because of North Korea.

@snytiger6 Then maybe the weeds are being attended to now.
