I read recently where Christopher Columbus is still revered and even lionized in Spain and the Genoese region of northern Italy.

Love it. There is a lot of brainwash around the world taught in the name of facts and history.

Columbus Day should be canceled across the country and be declared "Native Americans' Celebration Day."

When the British landed in Asia and Africa, they said.. "We are going to teach civilization to these savages." They forgot that those lands had much older and richer existing civilizations but just not according to their idea of how the world should be. Bastards.

In some states it's called "Indigenous Peoples Day".
