Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Is that coal coming from Australia? One issue the media never mentions is that CO2 is only part of the problem. The other problem is that burning coal generates particulates. While the particulate is mostly sulfur, the color is jet black. When the particulates settle on ice, they greatly facilitate the melting of that ice (due to the absorption of light energy).
