Working outside a bit yesterday I found that one of my neighbors in the apartment complex was running their air conditioner. The temperature was in the 40's and these are not heat pump units. Later I told a friend about this and he said the answer is simple. Those people were hot. They are running the AC because they are hot. Yeah, OK. It makes perfect sense to me.

Could be a meth lab.

I never thought of that. I'll check into it a bit more.

@DenoPenno as a former landlord, I have heard that can be one sign of a lab.
