LINK Florida Cop Assaults Female Officer For Pulling Him Off Of Black Suspect In Handcuffs

Investigators are trying to determine if Sgt. Christopher Pullease, a 21-year veteran of the Sunrise Police Department, should face criminal charges after assaulting a female colleague on film.

(I think he should be removed for assaulting a handcuffed suspect.)

What happens when good cops try to do the right thing and stop the assholes.

I cannot understand the US system for appointing sheriffs, etc.
Nor can I understand the culture of bullying that permeates many departments.

The standards for sheriff's depts and local police depts is absurdly low, if they exist at all.
