Hu fhlung, who once held the position of State Minister for Sewage and Sanitation has been forced to step down and is now being replaced by his son-in-law, Hi Pong Dhung and Overseer and Manager of Sewers and Drains will now be He Fhlung Dhung, Grandson of Hu Fhlung.
