I think SCOTUS realizes it's bad judgements are becoming embarrassing and the court is losing real significance. If Roe v. Wade is lost the Supreme Court will become just another patsy leg and lose all credibility. It's time for them to start to understand the importance of balance of power. When other, developing countries, expand abortion rights here we are limiting them. Kind of shows what kind of 'Democracy' this really is. [kgou.org]

@JackPedigo Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham also said that if the shoe were on the other foot, they wouldn't have the right to confirm a SCOTUS pick in a Republican's last year of a term. What happened?
