LINK 3 House Republicans Vote Against Resolution Supporting Ukrainian People
Just three members of the US House — all Republicans — voted against a bipartisan congressional resolution expressing support for the Ukrainian people and Ukraine's territorial integrity as the country battles the Russian invasion.
Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona, Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, and Rep. Matt Rosendale of Montana were the only nay votes on House Resolution 956, titled "Supporting the People of Ukraine." The resolution passed the House on Wednesday with 426 votes in favor.

Any/all succeeding bills dealing with specific (money, arms, & etc) assistance are the place to debate things.

He said the resolution included an "open ended call" for additional defensive assistance, saying the phrase was broad enough it could include the deployment of U.S. troops. Massie also disagreed with "fully isolating" Russia economically and said "crippling sanctions could also drive Putin to become more desperate."
