Contrary to popular belief [on this site] drinking and smoking while pregnant ISN'T illegal... yet.
My guess is that the Q's feel those activities are American and will be promoted. The companies involved are extremely con in political alliance and create jobs.
@rainmanjr I don't know. Those people are fuckin' nuts, they love fetuses, and get the biggest boner ever subjugating women.
