Isn't it rather peculiar that while the Christian right passionately talk against tyranny, they champion the outright ban of abortion. That's tyrannical, if you ask me. Well, it's hard to be consistent at all the time, I guess. Still... 🙄

It is hard to find a definition for words like tyranny, but I am pretty sure that is not the right one.

It may not be but it's close enough. It does capture the attention.

For them, tyranny is not being able to force their religion on the rest of us.

I agree with you. They see themselves as saviors. They can't conceive the notion that it is tyranny.
