The people of Atlanta are sick and tired of police abuse/excessive force. That verdict SCREAMS "STOP ABUSING BLACK PEOPLE!“

This is the highest settlement awarded in America, thus far, when one's Civil Right(s) have been violated by law enforcement. (This award will be subject to decreased value due to limitations. However, given this Plaintiff is still alive, there is no precedent. TBD.)
