Okay, it's been 3 days.

If Liz was Jebus, she'd be back on the throne. But no! She's still room temp. We've had the BLANKET coverage of her demise. Yet, it is as though something extraordinary was about to occur.

That officious prig of a son is now King, and we are going to have to endure yet another insult to our collective humanity, as the 'press' force-feeds us with the parading of her necrotic bones!

Shall there be no end to the embarrassment? Must we, the unwashed, suffer our deplorable exposure without protest?

I never understood why people do public mourning for celebrities , or why it is seen as normal and natural. Whether they be royalty, pop stars or the latest victim of child killing. Mourning is something you do for the people you know and were in a relationship with, do it for anyone else and it is either attention seekingly fake, or sentimental and it belittles the people who you do have a relationship with.

It's kinda nice to have another country's silliness fill the headlines for a change.
