Blackmail. What else did you expect from a sociopathic grifter?

It's just more of his ramblings. We should all be used to this crap by now.

Of course it's incitement. As I've been saying since January 6th, if he doesn't get indicted for his incitement of the insurrection, all he has to do next time is say "you know what to do." Those are innocuous words right? Only if you have your head in the sand or up your ass. "The people of the United States won't stand for it," so what will they do, just all stand up instead of sitting down? Peacefully protest? Their lord and savior having been indicted? Happy to hear any other suggestions as to what the people of the United States who wouldn't stand for it might do.

Is there any REASONABLE doubt? That's the standard.

Criminal incitement refers to conduct, words, or other means that urge or naturally lead others to riot, violence, or insurrection. How many January 6th defendants have said they were just following his orders?

Of course it is incitement. And a direct threat to the rest of us.

SCOTUS denied First Amendment protection to “fighting words”.

Will SCOTUS deny that protection to any more words?

It certainly will.........For him.....

For once he selects his words very carefully. It is a dog whistle, not technically incitement, but his minions know exactly what he means. Whether it can constitute a crime remains to be seen.
