First, I'm not trying to sell this. I find it ridiculous. Anyways, here is a rotary (yes a real physical rotary) cell phone for 390$. I suppose it could stop younger people from making calls.

On the plus side, you'd have to do quite a crazy dance to accidentally butt dial someone, if you keep it in your pocket. Cool though, for the novelty of it.

That reminds me of a YouTube video I watched where a couple of teens are given a rotary phone and they can't figure out how to use it.

I don't think young people are really the market for this, but there are some "good ol' days" folks that might get a kick out of it. The seafoam color is kind of cute. 😊
