When the heck is Trump going to be indicted in Georgia? More than 2 years have passed since Trump brazenly tried to undermine the vote there, and was caught in a recording. Justice delayed is justice denied, or at least diminished. How about it? He was caught red-handed. If he doesn't get indicted, then how much meaning is there to the rule of law in Georgia?
He's not. Nothing will happen. The democrats just need the media coverage so that idiots will vote for them. Same as usual though, they're all talk and they won't actually accomplish anything.
you may be right. but there are other possibilities, or points to consider
some of these issues and questions were raised (and continue to be on the table) with respect to the manhattan district attorney case against the trump organization and trump himself. they have still failed to indict trump himself, and they probably think this is ok. i do think it helped slightly in the manhattan case that activists and those involved raised their voices and called bs on the prosecutor's shameful inclinatin to shy away from the case, but he has still only gone after the organization and not the man
in both cases there is probably some question of whether they can win. it is in my view shameful for this to be the key consideration. horrible injustice has been clearly done by the perpetrator of the crimes. THAT should be the consideration.
@kmaz
There's a lot of "may"s and "might"s in there. Almost as if maybe the other side is just searching for something... anything...
@CourtJester
on the georgia cae hopefully we'll have an indictment within the next few days which would render sone if this moot.
i don't know much about the law though so i don't know how the prosecution might back out if it
justice delayed is justice diminished.
My magic eight ball says "Never going to happen", the same way he will never see the inside of a prison.
