He got busted in Stroudsburg for setting up an online liaison with an undercover cop who he thought was a 15 year old girl. He claimed he was framed in a politically motivated scam. Why would Monroe Co bunko want to frame a low level UN weapons inspector? He's a loser, but we have two people on this page who've posted links and lauded him. I think you can figure out who they are.
