Prima facie a reasonable statement of position. It was published in May 2023. The author has now had over 5 months to write an article condemning the Israeli atrocity of the genocide being perpetrated against Palestinians in Gaza. We have found no evidence of any dissociation.
There is only one response to this silence that identifies complicity with the genocide:-
