I think good and evil are relative. I do believe that man can tell "right from wrong" in the most basic sense, but the details depend on a person's perspective. Evil implies a moral code, and a moral code will be culturally specific. The terms good or evil are too general - there's no ultimate definition.

There is no good or evil. The universe needs positive, negative and neutral ENERGY to exist. These are alluded to in various teachings.

Neutral energy? What the hell is neutral energy. There is positive and negative charge which indicated the direction of flow. But neutral seems like it would indicate no energy.

We begin as life sucking poop machines, and go from there. We don't even have an employment plan or job hunt itinerary....sounds evil to me.
