How many here still work out and lead a fairly active lifestyle? Do people prefer cardio over weight resistant training?

I still work out, really only starting as age related conditions started creeping in. I am all for whatever exercise does the most good in the shortest time. Therefore, strength training, with a personal trainer to keep me honest.

I just do home-grown yoga, and i don't drive that means more walks.
