My cats push their toys under large, heavy furniture. Then they complain because they can't get at their toys. Why do they do that?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Pack cardboard underneath to fill up the gap. The also like shredding it with their claws but that is merely a vacuuming job. If you are fussy, offcut rolled carpet or door draught excluding "snakes" stop them pushing under.

Pack cardboard, old tiles or whatever into the space so long as it will not catch fire.
