Looks liek a cat could squeeze between the bars...
The first cat we had when growing up could jump to the top of a seven foot fence from a standing position (no run and jump).. As it is I don' know how our present cats manage to get on the roof of hte house to try to get us to open second story windows to let them in.
Fences are for dogs. (Some) cats just want and need freedom and no varrior will stop them.
LOL!! that tiny fence was barely a hop. You'll need something taller than you are to keep a cat in.
