I made a post a few weeks ago about my female calico Nala. I'll recap here for those who did not see it. Nala was spayed when I adopted her almost 2 years ago but continued to become in-heat every month. Today my cats vet performed exploratory surgery to see if any piece of ovary was still in her. They found some very low in her, near her kidneys. They removed it successfully. She should be a much happier cat now. I feel so sorry for her, though, having to go through this twice.
I am a little annoyed with the vet who spayed her for the feline adoption org. I got her from. I contacted him a month after getting her and he became rather defensive and said he took everything out, nothing was left in.That's why I put off doing anything for so long.
And such a gentle looking lady. She deserves peace

Posted by LaurenIt's my first grand's fifth Gotcha Day and this is her in the arms of my daughter as they drove home.
Posted by LaurenIt would be warmer for us both if he'd get on my lap, but it has to be his idea - though he still likes to stay close.
