They sure do! Tanglefoot, a big marmalade had a bladder infection and peed on his owner to let her know he had a UTI, Smart cat! I have also known others, but he was a epic cat and a personality you don't forget.
@zephr you can remember for the next time other than that forget about it I am sure your cuddles have.
First time I changed grandson he baptized the curtain in his room. I had all girls, I wasn't used to baby boys!!

My boy got the Doctor. The nurse said it was a very rare occurrence for him to get tagged, lol.
