I loved that cat. He got killed by a car when he was 9.
@Ray13 I lost many that way. Now my kitties are strictly indoor.
@Lilac-Jade Back then keeping cats strictly inside wasn't as common as it is now. Both my parents were raised on farms where having a cat stay inside just wasn't done. Traffic wasn't so bad either. If it was like todays he would never have lasted 9 years.
