Because if you are black you are GUILTY! Up to & including execution on the spot. Was she "lucky" that nobody shot or "merely" tear-gassed her at short range? Didn't give her brain damage by pulling her to the ground head-first by her hair?
For supposedly going 10 mph over the speed limit? Suppose this was Your Mother!???!
Standard advice to lone woman when being stopped is to slowly drive to a place such as a mart or gas station rather than immediately pull over anyway.....

Hope she gets a huge settlement, and those so called officers are fired and not allowed to be police officers again!

Honestly, except in extreme circumstances (& this surely wasn't!), how can one human being treat another in this way?!? Policing needs to be completely overhauled in this country!
