I would say that they're not, they need to leave the US completely.
Texas should learn some humility, or Alaska will split in two and make Texas the THIRD largest state.

Texas surrendered it in 1850 in order to stay a legal slave state. It remained "Indian" lands and unincorporated until Oklahoma was born.

At least our citizens don't burn down our state city by city
