My friends make fun of me when I say Im shy because I know people, and talk to them and receive attention but I seldom traverse beyond the superficial and I am ready to recharge my battery by myself even when I feel lonely.

I worked retail for years and learned how to fake it pretty well. I'm always dying on the inside though. lol

I shopped online for a front door mat this week. It took all the power in my body, but I managed to fight off temptation .....I didn't choose the one that read: go the fuck away. I picked a cute llama

Nope. I'm not outgoing, and I don't think there are any misconceptions about it. Wish I was a bit more than I am.

Many times. When I chose to be out and about, I am social. I just chose to be out and about less than some people. Many people would not know that I am an introvert.

My coworkers were shocked when I said I am an introvert. Since I work at a Starbucks I have to be outgoing and talk to people so they thought that’s how I was. I can put on a face of being outgoing but that doesn’t mean I am.

I'm well known in my town so I get a lot of attention but most people are to afraid of me to ever speak to me. Peoples bigotry rarely works out in my favor but this is one of those times when it does.

I am very reserved until you get to know me.

That's me. I've become adept at subtly handing off the conversation to others and not answering questions about myself.
