Ok I think this needs to be addressed. This isn’t a political group. So let’s leave politics out of it as much as possible. And no insult either. If you don’t care for something it fine to say not my style. Or that’s not what I would do. But there is no need to be rude. There is no reason to use terms like trumpian or liberaltard in this group. I’m just asking that no one acts like a asshat. I haven’t had to block anyone from this group and don’t want to have to.

It a comment on the old canoe post. I left the comment and my reply up so people can see it. We just don’t need that kind negativity in this group. I know the world is all peaches and cream but this group is ment to bring people together not separate us.
@Donto101 Excellent reply! You made your point without engaging the commenter in off-the-subject name-calling you were responding to. Hopefully, members can learn (not only this commenter, but members in general) from your response. Too often, this type of comment to a post initiates an exchange of insults that only leads to anger and hurt feelings.
In the words of the great philosopher, Barney Fife "Nip it. Nip it in the bud!" That is exactly what you did.
