I spent the morning cleaning, dicing and freezer bagging scapes, too hot to be pickling here at 32 C. There are more ways than one to be pickled, ice, gin and tonic works for me on this hot afternoon. Happy Friday.
It's currently 99 F ((38 C)) here....but my BnB has a great AC unit!
